Petite Carnation is handspun from my BFL wool/silk fiber base. This fiber combination takes dye like a dream, giving you a deep saturation of color with a subtle hint of shimmer from the silk. 

Carnation is available in the following fiber bases:

• Sunlit Carnation - 100% white BFL wool (regular weight)
  
• Frosted Carnation - merino wool/bamboo rayon blend (regular weight)
  
• Petite Carnation - BFL wool/silk blend (petite weight)
  

Recommended Fabric/Coverage: This thread is roughly equivalent to a single strand of cotton or silk floss (think DMC 6-strand cotton or Gloriana 12-strand silk). Use 1 strand over 2 on 36 and 40 count linen, or use 2 strands on lower count fabric.

All my threads are handspun on my Ashford Traveler wheel in my smokeless, cat-friendly studio. I have done all I can to ensure the colors depicted above are accurate, but please be aware that dye lots cannot be exactly duplicated and monitors can display colors differently.
