Dragonflylotus Designs handspun thread is available in two basic weights:

• Regular Weight: These threads are roughly equivalent to 2 strands of cotton floss held together, with some variance due to the thread content. For example, merino wool tends to "puff" more than BFL wool, making threads with merino wool thicker than those with BFL wool. All Regular Weight threads can be used over 2 on 28-32 count fabric, and most can be used on 35-36 count fabric.
  
  
• Petite Weight: These threads are roughly equivalent to 1 strand of cotton floss, with some variance due to thread content. For example, threads with wool content will be slightly thicker than 100% mulberry silk thread. All Petite Weight threads can be used over 2 on 36-40 count fabric.
