Dragonflylotus Designs Special Editions - a new OOAK (One Of A Kind) batch of thread available each week.

Special Edition 1220 is spun from a merino wool/SeaCell fiber blend. SeaCell is a cellulous fiber made from seaweed - it's silky and has a gorgeous sheen similar to bamboo rayon. This thread would look stunning in any cross stitch, embroidery or needlepoint project.

I had more of this fiber than I usually do for a Special Edition thread, so I also have 2 50-yard skeins available, in addition to the usual 10-yard skeins.

Special Edition 1220 is also available in a Thread & Fabric Pack (second image) until May 25th (while supplies last).

Recommended Fabric/Coverage:

• Cross Stitch: 14-18 count Aida 1 over 1 or 28-32 count linen/evenweave 1 over 2.

• Needlepoint: 1 strand for 24 count congress cloth or 2 strands for 13/18 count mono canvas

All my threads are handspun on my Ashford Traveler wheel in my smokeless, cat-friendly studio. I have done all I can to ensure the colors depicted above are accurate, but please be aware that dye lots cannot be exactly duplicated and monitors can display colors differently.
